(Louisville, KY, August 9, 2007) - - - Winston’s Restaurant at Sullivan University has just been named the best teaching restaurant facility in the country by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). The ACF presented the Award of Excellence to Executive Chef John Castro and National Center for Hospitality Studies Director Tom Hickey. The award was presented at the ACF national convention in Orlando, Fla before more than 1200 cooks, chefs and other attendees.
